WYOMING, Del. - Junior
Jim LeClair (Plainfield, N.H./Kimball Union Academy) shot a round of 72 to lead Gettysburg to a fourth-place finish at the Wesley Fall Invitational hosted by Wesley College.
Gettysburg had a team score of 307. The Bullets finished behind Wesley "A" (297), Franklin & Marshall (304) and Wesley "B" (306).
LeClair's score of 72 tied for the best round of the day. Based on the tiebreaker, which was the best score on the 18th hole, Tyler Smith of Wesley was named the individual medalist at the Invitational.
Freshman
Reid Sessa (Brooklyn, N.Y./Xavier) carded a 76 for the Bullets. Following close behind was freshman
Ben Boss (Lewisburg, Pa./Lewisburg) who shot a 77.
Rounding out the scoring for Gettysburg was freshman
Bradley Allen (Cumberland, Maine/Greely) with an 82 and sophomore
Kyle Healy (New Canaan, Conn./New Canaan) who ended with a round of 84.
The Bullets return to action next Thursday at the Moravian College Fall Golf Iniviational. Tee time is set for 12:30 p.m.
